With our 18-month trainee program, we want to train you in such a way that you can then develop and support our company in a responsible position.

With your place of work in the headquarters of the group in Stuttgart, you will get to know the essential areas of our value chain (e. g. in the areas of Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Logistic) and understand our business model as part of your trainee programme. As a company on the European market, it is important to us that you also gain experience outside the head office and in other countries.

An assignment abroad lasting several months, which we will coordinate and plan together with you, will broaden your perspective on our company and our business model. Depending for which functional area your trainee program is designed, you will gain deeper insights into the relevant processes and associated departments. So you can support us with your input to further develop and improve us.

After intensive training, we would like to give you responsibility at an early stage so that you can work independently right from the start. Contact persons are at your side at all times and guarantee optimal support. After successfully completing your trainee program, we would like to offer you an interesting and varied specialist or management position. Which position or for which area will emerge in the course of your trainee through regular feedback discussions with the specialist departments, your supervisor and HR.
